Technician was GREAT!!! Showed up 1/2 hour late as I stood out in the pouring rain. Said he would talk to fellow employees about the recorded noise we are hearing and get back to us! Never have hear back and now looks like they charged my credit card without my approval!? Technician looked around and was baffled. He did nothing!! I paid to have latterly nothing nothing done!!!
Chris does very good work. Good customer service skills, efficient and good personality. He's also part of a great team who is equally efficient and pleasant to work with. Keep up the good work APM!!
