Called to have PT transported from ANC to Providence-Hickel House at 7:30pm. You advertise 24 hour service. Person who answered had no idea where "Ted Stevens" was or meant, had to state clearly twice this was for wheelchair transport (your main business) and decided to tell me your problem "I'll have to pull someone off their route. " Huh? Am I the flipping dispatcher? Just say Yes or No. C'mon. Do better.

They discriminate against working class, poor, and disabled people. They refuse to take medicare/medicaid even though that is what most people needing this service have. The woman was very rude to me on the phone, talked down to me, and quickly went from being polite to downright nasty when I asked her if they take medicaid/medicare. She quickly spat out "No!" like someone spitting tobacco. My advice to this company? ambulance did an illegal turn on the intersection of Spenard and International, cutting me off, and almost causing an accident! Careful if you are a patient inside, because ur driver sucks! Nobody said it was today. Thursday or Friday, Ambulance 4 if I remember.
