Worst customer service. Don’t bother.
I just bought a new Tenere 700 from here and had a GREAT experience. I talked to Joe (who’s also one of the owners) on the phone and he gave me a quote that beat the other dealers I was talking to by quite a large margin. Large enough to where I drove out to his shop from Anchorage. Met Joe in person when I got there. Very friendly, personable, and accommodating. Transaction was smooth.
