Friendly quality service
Had to give 2 stars. Unfortunately I had a 12 week wait for a fan repair after being told it would be 3 to 4 weeks. I understand they had no control over the part orders but when I would call and check the guy on the phone was rude and almost disrespectful. I called 2 twice in the 12 weeks and both times the guy was rude and not helpful. At one point he try to tell me it was only 3 months not 12 weeks. Unfortunately I will not return my buiness.
Great deal I got on my new 2024 Grizzly SE! Thanks Ryan.!. First impression on the machine was amazing! Im glad I bought yamaha not something else🤙👍
Worst customer service. Don’t bother.
