Beautiful mile zero Alaska Highway sign. Really iconic quick stop, definitely worth stopping.
This is the classic Mile 0 photo spot, the tall red and white Alaska Highway signpost everyone stops for in Dawson Creek. It sits in a little plaza with the art gallery and visitor area, so it is an easy, fun stop to grab the iconic picture at the very start of the Alaska Highway. Good to know: this signpost is the tourist photo version, and the real official Mile 0 marker is the stone cairn a block away, so it is worth doing both. We had a great time here in the Tesla.
