Very quick appointment process, Ashley, my specialist, made sure I understood every part of the process and was comfortable. Including paperwork I must have been in and out in less than 20 minutes including having all of my questions answered. Will update when I return to pick up my devices. I came down here after a reminder call from Ashley Roehl for a free cleaning on my hearing aids. She did a great job cleaning them and she also offered me a box of free hearing aid batteries as a thank you gift making me a loyal client in the future.
