Very good experience - almost brand new car, reasonable price, very helpful staff, shuttle to airport after rental. The only slight inconvenience is that you have to get there but it is not far - 15$ for taxi.

I wanted a truck for the McCarthy Road to Wrangel-St. Elias National Park. We I arrived to pick up the vehicle, no trucks (or any cars) were available. The manager blamed the problem on booking through Kayak.com (which took me to the Alaska Express Car Rental website), which apparently doesn't keep an accurate inventory.

Fantastic car rental area. I was new to Alaska and the owner (Ersin) provided valuable tips and advice. Highly recommend this spot for anyone that needs a car rental as it’s the best price I’ve found and especially if you’re new to Alaska.

This place was amazing. The car, which we rented, looks like a brand new car with scents of newly purchased one even though their estimate was less priced than any other companies. Needless to say, its condition was excellent. Most important factor to influence trips is People. The people there are all super nice and trustful. Renting the car was critical part of our trip this time. Thanks to them, we could leave great precious memories. Thank you again for all the kindness. :)

It was good experience with the services, price and vehicle. Also the owner gave us travel tips about good places to visit since we were in Alaska for the first time. They also provided shuttle to the airport. I am happy to use them again when I next visit Anchorage.
