Terrible and monopolistic.
Oof, I wish there was competition in town for this company. Payment options are a bit inconvenient and out-dated and management is quick to deflect customer concern. I just wish there was some form of accountability. Now I’m just an unhappy customer with: no alternative, and no representative looking to repair the relationship. :/
