I had a problem with my e-bike charger. They explained common issues and what might be the problem. Customer service was top notch! Support local and check these guys out!
While I didn't purchase my ebike (Moro 7) at their shop, they have done all my maintenance, completed some upgrades, including new front shocks, they warrantied a bad rear shock, put on new winter tires, fenders, and taller handlebars. etc. Great service in a reasonable amount of time, quality work, and good prices. Every time I am in there I learn something new. Don't hesitate to buy or get your bike serviced from them. They know their stuff.
These guys are great!
Best E-Bike shop in Anchorage. The staff is very helpful. They seem to always have parts and accessories on hand. They also have a great shop dog that is ready to greet you. I have purchased two e-bikes from them. Plus other accessories. I highly recommend this business!
