The guy who answered was an absolute pompous jerk who would not even let us speak or ask questions. We would never use this company and for someone who boasts he has done this for 25 years, he needs to polish up on his people skills and learn to treat potential new customers with respect. Shame on them!!
Helped prepare some papers I needed and then served my tenant even though she was ducking the server and not answering door. They went the extra mile to serve her in time for my hearing.
Who To Use! If you have a Short-Term or Long-Term Domestic Violence Protective Order or Stalking Order that needs served, I highly recommend Steve Arturo and his team at Alaska Court Services! Why? Because he and his team did in a matter of days what Anchorage Police Dept hasn’t done in over two weeks. Apparently, the APD Warrants Division is currently down to only one officer and she’s in court every day. So, those Orders are currently going unserved. Without service, the Order is unenforceable.
