Possibly the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. Their customer service sucks and their attitude is even worse. Won't respond to text, email, or phone calls. Can't meet a schedule to save their lives. Gave them one star only because no stars wasn't an option. Avoid them like the plague because that is how they will treat you.
This is my second time I’m coming to the store during working hours and doors are closed. Phone goes to full voice mail box. How is this business operates?
After waiting a year for service (calling off and on) finally got a service tech to the home. Dalton is excellent. Knows the product and provides great education on the use and safety of the furnace. The 4 is only because of the wait, but the service tech is excellent. He is a "5".
Ben is very knowledgeable and answered all my questions and concerns about the comparison (P43 to P61) the estimate, purchase, and installation of a Harman pellet stove.
