From start to finish, this was an unforgettable adventure. The guides were exceptional—knowledgeable, patient, and truly passionate about what they do. Booking was incredibly easy and hassle-free, and the entire staff was welcoming and professional every step of the way. Even the owner took time to personally connect with us, which made the experience feel that much more special. If you're looking for a top-tier Alaskan salmon fishing trip, this is the team to go with. Highly recommend!
I booked a morning tour, and less than an hour later they called to say that time was no longer available and offered a different time that didn’t work for us. They didn’t apologize or see any issue with changing the time after booking, and even said, “I see we’re speaking different languages,” during the call Jaime said instead of any word for customer services! Disappointing experience, as the company changes your booking time without taking responsibility.
Rob was an excellent guild. Knowledgeable and patient. Put us right on the reds!
Easy reservation system. Convenient pick up & drop off. Very reasonable pricing. We even had to change out a fly rod & they were really accommodating. Will definitely use Alaska Boat Rentals & Guide Service for our equipment rentals in the future.
