These people are ruthless ahole businessmen. I waaaaay overpaid for a Shimano part and received a used/open box/customer return piece of junk. I wish I could post pics. Also the part was missing the mounting bolts. They wanted me to throw away more money shipping it back to them. Thankfully PayPal stepped up and refunded me.
