This place was good until move out. Apparently this place requires a 2 week writen notice to move out which is weird for storage units, but even worse is this place doesn't have any on site person to hand that notice in to since it's automated. Then I was also told even though I moved out 3/26 I would be charged for the entire month of April which is illegal to charge me anything more then the notice period. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. I was able to access my storage unit easily, even through the winter snow. Payment invoicing and payment options were timely and helpful. I especially liked the payment kiosk in Palmer. If I need future storage service, I will absolutely return to Alaska Automated Storage. Highly recommend.

Very nice units at a great price. The gate was broken and stuck open for a few weeks but other then that if you call with an issue the stsff is fantastic
