My favorite airline in the US! This terminal is very fast and efficient at getting people through the line. I highly recommend flying Alaska airlines here.
Flight was early. Just like everyone else you pay for luggage. Great staff great flight. I would recommend it.
They canceled my flight, then put me in a hotel room that was supposed to be covered by a voucher.. but The voucher did not work and I had to pay $400 for the hotel room (this was around 10PM at night!). The Alaska Rep told me to contact customer service to get reimbursed, however they will not reimburse me. Alaska Airlines is ridiculous and I would not recommend them.
sign says bag drop with tag outside with another line with no bag tags. So I have my tag and wait in line for 15 minutes, when it is my turn she says she has to help the ones without bag tags and I can go inside and stand in line for a 3rd time, because I had to stand in line at the kiosk to get my bag tag. When I protested she said she would take my bag and threw it on the belt, no security questions or anything. You are unsafe when the lady at 755 AM has an attitude.
