Extremely Disappointing Experience I had a flight booked with Alaska Airlines from Kona to Vancouver, with a connection in Seattle. The first flight was delayed, which caused us to miss our connecting flight. When we went to the Alaska Airlines counter at the airport to explain what had happened, the agent actually asked us, “How can we help you?” The answer should have been obvious: rebook us on a flight that we can actually take. You cannot change your flight reservations. You cannot get refunded nor get credit for future reservations. You have to buy a whole new ticket if you need to make any changes. This is outrageous. I’m very unpleased. Negative stars.
