If you are booking their premium class because of the advertised "unlimited drinks," save your money. It is 100% false advertising. I bought this ticket expecting a premium experience where I could sit back, relax, and let the ideas flow. Terrible experience with Alaska which at best was rude and at worst racist. Harpreet of Alaska Airlines makes racial assumptions of non-white people (yes you can be racist even amongst minorities) - seems like with the expansion Alaska Airlines is now also internationally leveling up its level of rudeness and incompetence. Trust me when i say you’re better off flying Delta. Had us waiting on the floor for 5 hours after a 10 hour flight to JFK. Their ticket kiosks and check in don’t open untill 4:30am , and no one was there at that time either , they lag . My husband had To sleep on the floor from 11am-4:30am waiting . So i don’t recommend flying in at night . It’s miserable and cold . They have no lounges or seating area too accommodate their guests while they wait for their flight .
