Not friendly at all. Not all flight attendants are rude but most of them are incredibly rude and not pleasant to be around. They were incompetent and disrespectful. Never will I go on Alaska again or Hawaii.
My wife, 10 year old, 7 year old, and myself were coming home from Kauai to Chicago with a layover in Honolulu. We were notified that our plane was running late and we would not be able to make our connection to Chicago. They then proceeded to switch us onto another flight from them to Honolulu that was also delayed but would arrive on time to be able to catch the flight to Chicago. We waited for over an hour before our bags were delivered to the carousel. It's a long-haul budget airline that nickels and dimes you for everything. Food, snacks, pillows, blankets...
I’m extremely frustrated with the experience I’m having with Alaska Airlines right now. Our flight was delayed, which I understand can happen and isn’t always the airline’s fault.
