I started out on Hawaiian airlines and then transferred to Alaska. The staff on the Hawaiian airlines was friendly and pleasant. I was shocked at the difference in the Alaska airline staff— super rude, disrespectful to customers and got mad at customers for needing anything. Fortunately I did not need anything and sat and watched the crew disrespect the passengers.
