All I need is a receipt for flights taken a few weeks ago, for a work expense report. Any flights taken more than 48 hours ago require me to call and request a receipt... seriously?! Wouldn't be such a big deal, if call center wait times were short, but any time I try to call Alaksa customer service the call wait time is 15+ minutes. Your customer service sucks, do better.
Alaska ruined the end of our Xmas trip. My wife and I flew from MIA to Sea with her psychiatric service dog in cabin with no problems, I prepared all the documents with the DOT and the airline in advance, at Miami check in they reviewed the documents and the dog (PSD) flew with no issues all the way to Seattle. But, on the way back we found a stubborn supervisor that broke in saying that the dog behavior was not appropriate (which is a total lie), refused to see the dog documents, made us pay $100 and removed all the PSD doc... read more
