Alaska airlines kicked off a customer for saying Jesus loves you while they were sitting in the airplane on a delay. They banned her for life. Stay clear of Alaska airlines.
I fly Alaska quite a bit but baggage checkin at DTW was a long wait 30 minutes and one person at counter. No kiosk in front of counter were open. When other Alaska staff showed up, none appeared rushed to help.
Only open part time. So doesnt matter what TSA lines look like... you arent getting through early
Took 15 minutes to check in the one party of 3 people in front of us!!! Unbelievable!!! Based on her appearance, you would think the lady knows what she is doing. Extremely slow! Be barely made it to our flight!!!
