Took 15 minutes to check in the one party of 3 people in front of us!!! Unbelievable!!! Based on her appearance, you would think the lady knows what she is doing. Extremely slow! Be barely made it to our flight!!!
I want to give a huge thank-you to Alicia Santiago at the Alaska Airlines baggage service desk in DTW. When I arrived on Nov 16, 2025, my luggage didn’t make it due to a tight connection. I was traveling for a 4-day business conference, and I had no change of clothes or formal business attire for the next morning, so I was extremely anxious. Very friendly gate agents. Airplanes are very clean. The 737-800 had individual power outlets for each seat. No personal TV screens tho....but you can connect to their wifi and stream on a device. Great airline, would definitely choose them to fly again
