Incredibly rude and unhelpful gate agents. We were booked on a flight last minute because Alaska cancelled our other flight due to “maintenance issues” and rescheduled us for TWO DAYS LATER with no compensation or apology. We drove to another airport to get out faster. As a family we were trying to sit together with our young kids and the gate agent was extremely rude, wouldn’t let us talk, and kept interrupting us. Horrible experience. Using other airlines in the future.
Airlines removing a passenger for speaking about Jesus, made staff members unsafe. If Jesus makes a staff member unsafe, I do not feel safe flying on your airlines.
I had extensive travel plans this holiday season booked through several airlines. Before my travels could start my dad ended up in the hospital and nearly died. I had to cancel all of my travel plans. American airlines was the only one that would not give me any credit. American airlines has lost my business for life
Extremely rude terrible service. Never again
