Customer service at kiosk and check in gates. Luis at 8pm on july 26th, 2026 ..who refused to give last name was rude and trying to remove my family from first class premier line. I would not use united in the future one of the worst airlines for Customer service and plane quality. Half the kiosk kept malfunctioning and staff is not making the process any easier.
CORRECTION - THIS REVIEW IS FOR ALEUTION AIRWAYS, NOT ALASKA AIRLINED. Warning, avoid Aleutian Airways if you do not want to experience flight cancellations, delayed luggage and very poor service. Do not expect to be able to speak with anyone of authority should you have problems, as their low-level employees shield them from customer interaction and complaints, and simply direct you to a dead-end email site instead.
