Customer service at kiosk and check in gates. Luis at 8pm on july 26th, 2026 ..who refused to give last name was rude and trying to remove my family from first class premier line. I would not use united in the future one of the worst airlines for Customer service and plane quality. Half the kiosk kept malfunctioning and staff is not making the process any easier.

I am disabled and I was so pleased with how they took care of me. They were always friendly and had a smile on their face. Thank you so much!
