Very fine & trustworthy
This was an hour late evening flight and they were only over a couple of dozen of us on board. They managed to squeeze us all around a few rows and the rest of plane was empty. They didn't allow anyone to change their seats. The pilot rushed to get us to our destination about 15 minutes early but then he had to wait around 15 minutes to get an empty gate.
Arrived at the airport with more than sufficient time to board the flight, but the staff here refuses to check me in because of a fifty minute cut-off. I still have 40 minutes and it wouldn't even take me 5 mins to get to the gate. Would not fly again.
Given the news articles about how rough the flight attendant job is, I am always impressed by how cheerful, helpful and friendly the Alaska flight attendents are. Good customer care folks on the phone, too. Even the gate agents go above & beyond.
HUMILIATED: Family With Infant and Pets Removed After Boarding, No Explanation Given On Sunday, January 25, 2026, at approximately 11:15 AM, my family, my husband, our infant son and our pets, boarded Alaska Airlines Flight 2292 (Embraer 175).
