This was my first experience with flying with my emotional support animal , which is a rottriller mixed with a pit bull and trained, and i purchased the plane ticket day before flight and the airport kept denying my animal. The supervisor at the ticket counter stepped in stayed by my side and made sure that I did everything needed in order to make my flight. This lady supervisor here she deserves an award for helping someone with their own disability make it home with all my luggage.
We have never had a problem with Alaska airlines before. This time was different. As we are on our way to the airport we noticed that our flight had been delayed by 2 hours. When we got to the airport, we went to the check-in desk to find out if it was actually delayed and why. A delayed Alaska flight caused me to miss my international flight and lose an entire day of travel. Despite the disruption, Alaska Airlines provided no meaningful assistance, no accommodation, and no practical solution. The most disappointing part was the lack of accountability. When an airline’s delay causes significant downstream impact, passengers should not be left to handle everything on their own. This experience resulted in unnecessary stress, additional expenses, and a complete loss of confidence in Alaska Airlines.
Alaska airlines flight was wonderful but when asked agents a question,seems they each had differing answer and seemed bit annoyed when wanted to clarify answer. I put it off as we all have off days....
On time, great service and nice flight.
