The employees at the ticket check in desk are rude and useless.
I want to give a shoutout to Sharon at (LAS) airport. Alaska please recognize this lady! Only two people were staffing the counter during Labor Day weekend at 8 AM and Sharon was killing it. She was getting three parties through bag drop at a time without missing a beat.
September 3, 2026. The lady on duty early 10pm with a black hair, low bun hairstyle. She is the rudest employee on that airline. If Alaska Airlines was a person, this is her!
Friendly staff from counter to plane, to all the staff on plane. This was a great trip flying Alaska!!
The flight steward lady while trying to board our plane was are very unprofessional and rude. If you don't know how to treat your atmos customers you probably shouldn't work for Alaska. I didnt appreciate the hostal treatment you gave my wife and I while trying to board our flight home.
