For me, this is the best company to rent a car from if you plan to drive on dirt roads. They are located at the airport, so picking up the car is very easy. I had a very good experience communicating with them by email before picking up the car. They always politely answered every “silly” question. The car I received was clean and well prepared for the trip. I would give them 5 stars, but unfortunately I did not get the car I had requested and received confirmation for. We had a poor experience with the Fairbanks branch. They cancelled on us at the last minute, so we ended up paying double somewhere else.
Car was in great condition. I rented truck 1500 which was only allowed on Delton highway. They were very helpful with my request to see vehicle as I had two different cars. Definitely recommend. Book only with 4*4
A little disappointed. After researching online, I figured this is the only company that rents cars with snow tires, but my car didn't have them. It had regular stock M+S tires and I had fun skiing on the road at 12°F / -11°C. I drove Glenn, Parks and Richardson highways in the winter conditions described as "Difficult" on the 511 map, and it was not comfortable, but doable if you drive 30-50mph and don't make sudden maneuvers.
