Forced us to wait and they tell to wait at least 1 hour past our reservation time and without guarantee. This is not ended yet, they tell they clean cars now.
Overbooked on Memorial Day weekend. Several groups being told it will be a 2-3 hour wait.
Rented a car via Expedia for a one day rental. They were even texting me saying everything was locked on as usual with a car rental company. Got to counter and they said their manager was no longer allowing one day rentals. Horrible company with even worse customer service. Don’t count a car from them.
FALSE ADVERTISING "NO GRAVEL ROAD RESTRICTIONS" "OUR VEHICLES ARE AUTHORIZED TO BE DRIVEN ON DIRT OR GRAVEL ROADS WITHIN ALASKA" THAT'S A LIE We've used Alaska 4x4 for years because of that founding ethos. Now we've arrived after spending $1000s and have no vehicle because they've changed the fine print to add "only applies to pickup trucks." Finding that new restriction is only in one place in a light color not bold print deep in their website. This is fraudulent advertising and our financial damages are real.
