Easy pick up and great vehicle. Much more economical than national brands. Loved our 2 week rental of Bronco big bend edition.

Didn't get the truck I reserved. Paid extra to have the 2500 with a cap, got 1500 without a cap. My stuff got rained on. Front driver side tire had a patch plug in it (previous renter must have got a flat), patch came out and went flat but I didn't have a patch kit to repair it again so I put the spare on (which also had a patch plug in it) and then they charged me $75 for a damaged tire.... it was damaged when they gave it to me.... will never use them again.
