If I could give 1 star for Alaska Billings Montana 0, I would. My tickets were international tickets from Korean Air- the airline that they are cooperating with. The lady who checked me in didn’t have knowledge enough to know Korean Air international flights allow 2 checked luggages. She said I have 1 checked baggage only and I have to pay 200$ for the second one. Even I told her Korean Air allows 2, she still very firm with what she said and started attitude . We were flying from Billings, MT to Seattle and on to LA. Our flight was cancelled out of Seattle to LA due to weather (while still in Billings airport.)The Billings crew made phone call and did everything they could to get us on a later flight out of Seattle and also looked at other airlines. We appreciate all the steps they took to help us.
Small airport in a pretty cool town. The lack of congestion found in bigger airports makes for a less stressful airport visit. TSA is friendly, professional, and process travelers with the least amount of discomfort.
