Alas Cargo located in Maryland Las Vegas Nevada has a very very rude employee and very poor customer service. We had sent many balikbayan boxes to the Phil before. We asked for small favor, the rude employee gave us a hard time. We bought a jumbo box ($7) but never used it & we asked to exchange it to a regular size($6). He would not do it. We are in fact giving them a favor bc the jumbo box cost more than the regular box. Very poor customer service! That will be the last time we will use this company.
