Very disappointed don't even deserve 1 star. They sent a tech for a walkthough to give me an estimate and see if my Functining security system is compatible with their system or make additions to the existing one. The tech went to see the main pannel, then the whole system was disabled, messed it up completly. He offerd if I want to buy the new system they can install it the same day. Is that their policy to put the customer in such situation ?? how can I trust that company.
