Avoid this company at all costs. Ordered two outdoor cameras and installation. Was charged the minute I ordered. Was told they would arrive in 48 hours and they would call to set up installation. No contact after 48 hours. After 72 hours I called to ask what was going on. The lady didn't know, I had purchased it from someone else, but she would call him and get him to contact me. I really appreciate this company and the service they provide. Overall the service has been excellent. I had one weird hiccup with a sales rep but they acknowledged their error and we were back on track in no time. I recently had my system uninstalled and reinstalled following a move. The technician who reinstalled (Barry) was personable and thorough. He tested the entire system to make sure everything was just right. Fabulous! I highly recommend this company.
The issue I had was quickly and efficiently handled and I appreciated the quick call back from a very competent and polite staff member. Thanks
