Have had this system for about 2 years and the cameras are constantly failing in that time. Nobody from the company won't come out and fix the issue properly without coughing up at least $150+ Unfortunately I'm in contract for a few more years yet.
Terrible customer service!!! I was told most of my existing equipment (thermostat, doorbell camera, water sensor, and motion sensor) would work with their system when I was signing up for their service. They ended up having to install all new equipment so it cost a lot more than quoted. I've had my thermostat fail twice in the first two months. The first time after 24 days from install, the second time 26 days after replacement (each time having to wait for days without a furnace until the technician could make it to site). ... read more
I am absolutely appalled and frustrated with the lack of service from this alarm company. They did not notify us with our alarm system malfunctioning, (not able to arm the house, or use the doorbell camera). I contacted them, however the line for "technical support" rang and rang and rang with no ending or option for call back. After the 3rd time of this i finally contacted customer care, was then transferred to technical support. Technical support rebooted the system but could NOT fix the camera.
