Really thankful for the service. Right from the time I contacted Alarmtek to the installation. All personnel are friendly and the technician (Bob) who did the installation explained everything thoroughly. I am sure that I am going to have long term service with Alarmtek.
Bob did a fantastic job with our installation. He was prompt, professional, and did an excellent communicator. He fully explained every aspect of our system and made sure that we were happy with every aspect of his work. He is considerate and respectful. He was also thoughtful in cleaning up after himself.
