Well, bad experience with this company, from the beginning to, almost... the end... I say almost, as I still have a bit over 1 year to put up with them... The salesperson lied to me to make me buy the system. He said that, once the cost of the equipment is amortized, which he said was 2 years, the cost will drop significantly to cover only the monitoring part. Nothing happened after 2 years, and when I tried to call the salesperson, I learned he was gone... The finance rep told me that there was nothing in the contract along... read more
Very happy with Alarmtek. Their customer service is exceptional.
Technician was professional and provided detailed training on the use of alarm system. Very impressed by the technology and cameras. I was previously using Telus which is an inferior product.
A new panel is put in with excellence and quickly very happy with the new alarm system
