I have phoned in four times now and have never received a call back within the past two weeks of trying to contact. I have also sent an email to customer service with our concerns about our system. Do not choose this company as your security system !!!!!
These systems don’t secure anything. Multiple times we have opened doors in the morning forgetting to disarm the system, but nothing happens, then we open it a second time and the alarm goes off. The cameras will detect motion from everything that drives by my house, but fails to pick up my wife’s 6000b suv pulling up on our driveway, or people coming to or leaving our house, so I’m not sure what I’m paying for?
