Recently had an Alarmtek security system installed by Bobby. He was professional, punctual, and took the time to explain how everything works in a way that was easy to understand. The installation was smooth and efficient. There were a few hiccups with the strength of my wifi and he offered solutions. We have had the system running for a few weeks now and everything works perfectly. Highly recommend.
I was finally called by a company director, triggered by my Google review. He was the 2nd employee that I thought cared about the clients and their experience; the tech who installed the system a few years ago had the same approach. Unfortunately, that individual doesn't work for AlarmTek anymore, as I tried to contact him before ending up with the situations I explained below. Great Tech Service when I needed it!
Well, bad experience with this company, from the beginning to, almost... the end... I say almost, as I still have a bit over 1 year to put up with them... The salesperson lied to me to make me buy the system. He said that, once the cost of the equipment is amortized, which he said was 2 years, the cost will drop significantly to cover only the monitoring part.
