Our church had an urgent need to restore our alarm system, and Stephen exceeded our expectations by providing a same-day quote. He was friendly, professional, and his team came out the same week for installation, seamlessly taking over our existing system with no issues. Not only was the installation top-notch, but his pricing was significantly better than any other quotes we received. The system has been running flawlessly for weeks—it's reliable, easy to use, and incredibly user-friendly. Highly recommended!
Stephen is wonderful. I have had my security system for a few years now and if I ever contact home for something he is responsive and wonderful. Highly recommend. We got cameras and sensors installed and we will use them again if we ever move.

Alarmtech went above and beyond to come up with a solution to upgrade our existing home alarm system that met our needs and budget. The installer was knowledgeable and professional and took the time to explain how to use the new system and answer all our questions. 2025 Update We replaced our windows & Stephen was so helpful teaching me how to get our system up & running with our new windows. Alarmtech has the most AMAZING customer service!!! So happy with our new system. Alarmtech offers over the top customer-service & Kathy may seem petite, but she knows her stuff & is fantastic.
