I had a great experience with alarmtech from atart to finish. With plenty of options and knowledgeable staff the buying experience was great. I had a lot of issues with one type of sensor over years and even after the warranty was over Stephen stood by his product even when it had nothing to do with him. I can't say enough about how happy I was with that. His staff were also great to deal with when coming to fix\change failing sensors at convenient times for me. Thank you again Stephen for all you've done for me.

Our church had an urgent need to restore our alarm system, and Stephen exceeded our expectations by providing a same-day quote. He was friendly, professional, and his team came out the same week for installation, seamlessly taking over our existing system with no issues. Not only was the installation top-notch, but his pricing was significantly better than any other quotes we received. The system has been running flawlessly for weeks—it's reliable, easy to use, and incredibly user-friendly. Highly recommended!
Stephen is wonderful. I have had my security system for a few years now and if I ever contact home for something he is responsive and wonderful. Highly recommend. We got cameras and sensors installed and we will use them again if we ever move.
Steve showed up same day as our call and was very knowledgeable and polite .. Mitch showed up this morning and couldn’t have been more polite .. knowledgeable and professional ! We couldn’t have asked for better people for this job and will recommend to everyone ! I would give 10 stars if i could ! Thanks again guys !!
