They did a good job! Phone answered promptly, showed up in 20min, got me inside my apartment in a minute. $280 seemed a bit steep but I don't know any other places / never used a locksmith before.

This is the place to go for all your Sonos needs. I purchased my first Play1 from Alarmtech years ago and since then I have been back to get 5 more Sonos speakers. Mike helped me map out how many speakers I would need and where I would need to install them to have my home sounding like a live concert.
