Called them Friday. Explained the problem, transformer was overheating. The owner, Steve came out Monday morning. Great service. They replaced it and the battery, checked the system and chatted on additional opinions available(no pressure information on my inquiries.). System is back up. I understand they offer a wide variety of services besides this repair. I’m glad I went local.
I've always gotten great service with this company. I have been using their service since 1994 when we built our house. Never have any problems.
This company known as Dictograph or Alarms Plus is owned by Mr. Jeff Burkhardt and he has done me a huge favor. Due to their poor service and response to a 32 year customer I was forced to find out how bad the lack of service existed and how poor of a job they did with my last upgrade. The cellular radio device was out dated and one major area of my home was unprotected since they didn’t program the wireless window contacts into the panel.
