Been using them for a lot of commercial change overs to make me a master key system and for once have some control over keys. Jay (mobile unit Batman) has been awesome he has got so many done and made so many adjustments so my doors and locks work better. He gets every key cut just perfect, barely an issue with keys working . Some bad blanks once but he quickly rectified it and moving forward we keep going. Alarms & Locks of Muskoka were simply awesome to deal with. We bought a cottage from a train wreck of a previous owner. When the sale closed the former owner handed over 1 key - that's it. And there were 7 locks on the place. Turns out, of those 7 locks, 3 different keys were needed... and the previous owner was completely irresponsible and could not produce the missing keys. Installed well but one of the cameras is not working and they came back and fixed it and it broke the next day and they promissed to come back but have not for over 2 months. Horrible service
