Really bad experience, they locked me in on a 3 year contract and raised prices half way through from 65$ to 75 a month. And the cancelation cost is the remaining month's of the contract. At the end of my 3 years they couldn't give me my the Admin code to add devices to my smart panel that I bought along with the other devices. Their costumer service is the worst, I've waited everything for 45 min + for a representative to be useless and point me to the vendor. Then another 30 min calling the vendor for them to tell me my ad... read more
