Great company to deal with.
I, being a commercial builder, engaged Alarm Logic to undertake modifications to an existing alarm system in a fit out we were doing. Alarm Logic provided a fixed price quote. They didn't meet their schedule / deadlines at any stage of the project. The Project Manager failed to return my emails or phone calls in a timely manner. The PM was incompetent.
