Alarmex installed my residential alarm system in 1998 and has been monitoring ever since. I've never had any issues whatsoever.
Be careful of this company. There have been instances where the fire alarm went off and Alarmex did not notify the fire department. After ***** min, when the fire trucks did not show up, the residents called the fire department. Then Alarmex blamed the panel which is maintained by Alarmex.Recently, Alarmex was asked to provide a quote for a CO sensor upgrade. Alarmex excluded critical requirements in the quote which were highlighted by their own technician. Without these critical add-ons, the upgrade would have been ineffect... read more
