After over 30 years with this compagnie and now over 4 years not using the alarm because it needs repairs and probably changing the syustem, they never send me someone to correct the situation, and givbe me the service, but... they sent my account to collection, without even answering my many requests for a representative to look at why I cannot arm my alarn system. Over 30 years paying my dues,.. and now .. Collection .. I am changing compagnies for sure.. and I can bet that in July, I will get an invoice for ... no service
