Horrible company - over priced services, uneducated technicians, salesman is pushy and does not explain anything. Overheard my technician talking crap about the company he works for - cancelled on the spot
From Protectron to ADT to Telus, it's gotten worse every time. I called a number of places, AG, Think Protection, a few others, and I got the same poor service. But not Sentinel.
