I would give a 0 if I could! I was paying over 35.00 a month for years until I returned home one day to hear the alarm sound on and no one called to inquire. I called Protectron myself only to have them inform me that I was never connected in the first place! Unacceptable!! They would not issue me a refund for the years I had been paying for service I never had! Do NOT go with them!
For over three years I have been recieving letters from this company for the person who owned my house prior. About a year ago this person passed away. I always write this on the envelopes I return to them and they just keep sending mail to a dead person who no longer owns the property. I find this very distasteful. I have returned at least 30 envelopes/pieces of mail to them.
