Had the service for years without issue, a few months ago cameras stopped working for remote vie, after many hours of them trying to fix they gave up. It never worked again, finally hired another company and they had it working in minutes. When Alarmco came to my company to remove their equipment they were rude, took things that did not belong to them, left a big mess on exit. Really turned out to be a bad, unprofessional company.
