I am giving five stars because of the outcome of my story. I have been using Night Watch Security since 1996 and out of nowhere when I needed service a guy showed up from Alarm-tech, so that was my first experience of dealing with Alarm-tech. No letter sent out by Night Watch that he had sold, nor a letter from Alarm-tech that they were taking over and that they would now be servicing my needs. Edit: immediately after posting this review, the owner Jeff contacted me and set up a time to come fix the damages. So I will change my review from one star up to 4. I considered deleting it altogether, but the reality is in today's world Customer service is non existant And as a business owner myself i understand that things happen and issues slip between the cracks, but this was not the case. This company was hired by my landlord to replace the system on our business. They wanted me to trust and allow their employee access to my business without me there, Ellie the manager swore i could trust them "they were all vetted" meanwhile they guy they sent was unprofessional looking, sloppy and spent much of his time smoking and spitting on the sidewalk infront of the building on the corner in out small town.
