Horrible customer service. I spoke with 2 different representatives and they where both very condescending to me and rude
This is the best Central Station you will ever have. The operators are really fast in responding to alarms and very efficiant in responding to alarm trouble signals as well. Long is short they save lives and is excellent at it. I will have them as my monitering forever because I trust my life with them.
Owner was very strange and was paranoid about employees. The management seemed like they had an attitude that they were better than you. Overall a very weird company.
