Alarm Security is the absolute best! I called today right before the holiday weekend with a problem and they showed up right away and immediately solved the issue! The technician was prompt and courteous and very knowledgeable! This system has paid for itself with only 2 cases solved by recorded video that we were able to receive reimbursement for damages caused by someone else! The safety and security I feel having Alarm Security manage my home security is invaluable! Thank you!
A motion sensor wouldn’t clear after I changed the batteries. Called the office, lady I spoke with said one of the guys would stop by to check. Maybe 10-15 min. later he was there, replaced it-all good! Thank you :) A great company!
