Stay away from this company, they have outdated equipment, horrible service and will lie to you. They lock you into contracts and don't support their customers. Would give them a zero if possible.
Buyer beware. While their monitoring service was ok ( except for the shatter sensors that I had to pay them to repair several times due to false alarms), their bumpiness practices are not transparent. After having them provide our service for several years, I get an call saying that they need to raise my rates because ours was too low. I figured”okay....it is a small business.” As a “favor” they were going to hold the rate constant for five years, I signed some paperwork agreeing to pay monthly, not damage the equipment, etc... read more
