This operation is an absolute clown show. Avoid at all costs
Opened a new office in Providence and needed a system including keyless entry, alarm, motion detectors and camera. Connected with Helder to do a walk through and go through our needs. He was wonderful to work with: knowledgeable, quick to respond to issues or questions and went the extra mile every step of the way. The install team was also fantastic. We had one issue with a new lock and they worked directly with our locksmith to take care of it and get it ready to go in a timely manner. I cannot say enough good things about... read more
