Opened a new office in Providence and needed a system including keyless entry, alarm, motion detectors and camera. Connected with Helder to do a walk through and go through our needs. He was wonderful to work with: knowledgeable, quick to respond to issues or questions and went the extra mile every step of the way. The install team was also fantastic. Terrible service
Could not be more dissatisfied with my experience. Tech showed up with system different than what was described to me. He assured me that if he installed that they could remedy the situation after the fact. Big mistake. Has been months with no meaningful response to emails or phone calls. Nate my sales rep assured me he would address this but had not responded to any of my contacts by email or phone since system was installed.
