Alarm New England came in without notifying any of the new owners that they were upgrading our system and as part of that we would be entering a new 5 year contract that has significant fees if you want- basically without speaking with anyone they made is seem like a standard service, had manager on duty sign and then be told that was a signature for a new 5 year contract- for starters the manager is not authorized to sign any contracts on behalf of the business- you would think that the company would want to speak with new ... read more
