Alarm New England refuses to service my home alarm system, despite the fact that the system was installed by Associated Alarm, a company they recently acquired. In short, they won’t service a system they installed unless you pay them monthly monitoring fees. Their supervisor has not returned my calls. It’s our first time calling this company for service since they bought out Associate Alarms and we’re not happy with them so far. We had to have service done on the system and we requested Dave, the technician who’s worked on it for years via the former company but instead we get a technician who’s not familiar with our system (not the tech’s fault) therefore doesn’t have the parts that’s needed to complete the whole work order.
