Customer service prior to installation was fantastic. Dave who installed our system was also fantastic! He spent hours at our home installing the alarm system; answered many questions, assisted in teaching us about the features on the app, the control panel and customized our camera views. The system has been wonderful. I would highly recommend Alarm New England!
