It was ok for the usage if you need it. BEWARE, the contract is very sneaky w/ 5 years rolling contract that auto re-new that doesn't require signature or reminder. No one mentioned that when we signed the contract. We just past 6 years and haven't used the system for the past 2 years because we now operate 24/7, so now we're stuck w/ it until 2030 or pay the 75% buy out. This is a predatory subscription and I would not recommend it to anyone. I don't want to deal w/ them anymore so I rather end the contract.

Customer service prior to installation was fantastic. Dave who installed our system was also fantastic! He spent hours at our home installing the alarm system; answered many questions, assisted in teaching us about the features on the app, the control panel and customized our camera views. The system has been wonderful. I would highly recommend Alarm New England!
