Great company, punctual and effective support. Props to the owner
Called and spoke with David, he was rude and condescending the second he answered the phone. He was 0 help and was rude the entire time. David has no customer service skills and was terrible to speak to. Glad I dodged that bullet! Garbage company with a garbage employee.
David originally installed the system in 2007, and updated to wireless radio a few years ago. Excellent and reliable always! David is very professional and meticulous. The central station is very very quick to respond to alarms. We have been very pleased all these years. Thank you David!
