Amazing company and team. Met with the owner a few times and was able to call him for any questions about adding devices to my panel or just alarm questions in general. He’s a very honest guy and stands by his work. The team was very professional, which is rare nowadays, great attitude, friendly and respectful of me and my family. I’m going to recommend this company to other family and friends. Pricing was low too compared to the other major Alarm/Security companies out there.
Really bad customer service . Unable to bill properly several times with a credit card on file. Several apologies but continued to make the same mistakes. Discontinued the monitoring service, called for a service call due to alarm not working was advised I would receive a call that morning from a technician. Called against at 3:30 pm left message, received a call at 4:30 pm. Was told alarm was deactivated. When the alarm was purchased monitoring was optional now it does not work.
