Installation in 2017 was easy and no high pressure sales or unnecessary add ons (in fact, the sales person suggested that we NOT install some contacts because they would be duplicating other alarms!). Over the next 8-9 years, the service has been flawless, customer service for our very few issues has been terrific. Rhonda, the owner, and Rachel, the Office Manager, are professional and always go out of their way to be helpful.

Highly recommend Alarm Man! Very professional, dependable, and the employees are great to work with. I’ve had them for years and have no complaints. Jake is awesome and done a great job repairing my alarm!!

My experience was outstanding from the first meeting through the installation. When the owner Rhonda came out to discuss options/cost, she was very friendly and very knowledgeable. There was absolutely no pressure to make any immediate decisions. She gladly answered a lot of my questions at that time as well as again prior to the install date.
