We were customers of AlarmFX for 7 years. Not once did I receive ANY training on how to use my system, how to test it and not 1 phone call except asking for payment. When we were asked to sign a contract, we decided to look elsewhere for other quotes. Our system was old and needed updated. Again, never received any offer or quote from AlarmFX.
